On February 13 a new book Russian Federation 2013:Short-term Prognosis is presented in Tartu University. It includes articles of more than 30 authors from  Estonia, Latvia, Georgia, Italy, Russia etc. Among them director of CEEPS Andis Kudors has given his contribution. He also participated in the presentation of newly released book. The editors of the book are director of Academic Centre for Baltic and Russian Studies Karmo Tüür and profesor of Tartu University Viacheslav Morozov.
