Russia’s relations with the Baltic countries are difficult to characterize using examples of constructive dialogues and good neighbourhood. Politicizing of various issues on both sides have caused complications in the dialogue and raised rather antagonism than understanding. Similar difficulties are characteristic also for Russia’s relations with separate CIS member countries. |
