Swedish defence research agency FOI has published the reserch „Tools of Destabilization. Russian Soft Power and Non-military Influence in the Baltic States”. A part of this reserch has been made by Andis Kudors, the executive director of CEEPS. He has analyzed Russia’s compatriots policy, Russian media presence and it’s consequences for Latvia, cultural relations as part of soft power, influence through the economy etc.
