From this January 24 till January 29, on the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Andis Kudors, Executive Director of the Centre for East European Policy Studies, was visiting Japan’s capital Tokyo where he lectured at Waseda University, as well as he met representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and various think-tanks.
During the visit, A. Kudors presented his views of the Russia – Ukraine conflict, indicating that international community would have not to forget the aggression perpetrated by Russia, and, in case of necessity, a long-term non-recognition policy would have to be maintained similar to the former situation regarding the Baltic countries.
