On November 17-18, Andis Kudors, Executive Director of the Centre for East European Policy Studies, participated in a seminar in Warsaw, organized by Institute of Public Affairs (Poland), on cooperation between the Visegrad Group and Baltic countries.

The worked out by the Institute of Public Affairs study on the Baltic countries’ and Poland’s public attitude toward the current foreign policy situation was presented at the event. The study reveals, inter alia, considerable differences in positions of the audiences of Latvians and Russians residing in Latvia on the international policy developments. A.Kudors explained the causes of the differences, emphasizing the Russian public diplomacy in Latvia as one of the factors.
